Saving Your Brain (And Body)

You can reduce your risk of dementia by up to 70% and it is estimated that 30-40% of all community dementia is preventable.

This 10-week program consists of two-hour weekly meetings via Zoom. We will provide you with tools and resources to reduce your risk of developing dementia. Participants will also receive half hour individual sessions with each; a Registered Dietitian, Geriatric Pharmacist, YMCA Fitness Consultant, and a Health Coach, and 10 weekly one-hour special SYB fitness training classes and free four-month membership to the Y. The program teaches you how to – and gives you the support you need to – make necessary changes to your current lifestyle to lower your risk as much as possible.
