Swimming
The MidAmerican Energy Company Aquatic Center is home to the Olympic-size Prairie Meadows Pool as well as a four-lane program pool. Stop in to swim laps, take a water exercise class, or cheer on our DSMY Marlins swim team.
Sports Leagues
Fitness is more fun with friendly competition! The Y has numerous adult sports opportunities throughout the year—from pickleball and racquetball tournaments to adult basketball and volleyball leagues.
