Our Welcome Center can:

  • Show you the facility and its amenities

  • Set up a FREE 5-day “Try the Y” membership

  • Educate on programming that fits your needs and goals

  • Connect you with a COMMUNITY!

Try the Y passes are available to current residents of the Des Moines area. Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Must be 19 or older. One pass per person per calendar year. Contact your local branch for more information.
