The Wellmark YMCA building was originally a convention center, and we continue to host events of all kinds! Whether a conference, workshop, clinic or birthday party, we would be happy to work with you to meet your rental needs.

Parking
Garage & Street Parking
- Members and visitors at the Wellmark Y can park in the 5th & Keo Parking Garage on the east side of 5th Street next to the Y or opt for street parking downtown.
- City-owned ramps charge $1 per hour with a daily max of $10, excluding special events. Street parking is $0.25-$1.75 per hour.
Monthly Parking
- Prepaid validations: $15 per month added to members' monthly bank draft
- Unlimited visits
- Parking tickets (max of 2 hours) must still be validated at the YMCA Welcome Center
- Tri-Annual and Annual memberships will pay a pro-rated amount
